At Ark Animal Clinic it is our goal to provide the best and most up to date care for all of our patients, while creating a comforting environment for all those involved. We feel that our pets are part of our family, and would love the opportunity to include your pets in it as well.

Ark Animal Clinic opened its doors on June 7, 2010. We currently have 2 doctors and 8 staff members. We are located slightly off the beaten path, but because we are just off Interstate 65, we are easily accessible for residents from Mobile and surrounding areas. We work hard to provide a caring and “just like home” environment for you and your pets.

Dr. Jennifer Eiland-Wilder

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Born in Millbrook, Alabama, Dr. Wilder has always had a deep love for animals. As a result, she began volunteering at a local veterinary clinic at the age of twelve. She was eventually hired on at the clinic and continued working there while pursuing her high school, undergraduate, and graduate education. During this experience, she discovered how important it was to be an active part of the community, and help both pets and owners in any way she could. Dr. Wilder received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Auburn University of Montgomery. In May 2006 she was awarded a Doctorate from Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.

She moved to Mobile shortly after graduating, and has been in love with it ever since. She has one daughter, Hannah, and two sons, Andrew and Parker, and is married to the love of her life, Ryan. Her family also includes Dave the Brave, Olaf, and Frank (the pups), and SpongeBob, Eggroll, Wookie, and Tick Tock (the cats) and Oreo and Gertrude (the goats). In her free time she enjoys reading, horseback riding, running, cycling, and traveling. She is also co-director of a local non-profit, Delta Dogs, which provides basic veterinary care and food to the pets of people living at or below poverty level in the city of Mobile. Dr. Wilder has a strong interest in animal rescue work, and a passion for helping animals that are not getting the care they deserve.
